We are in search of a Field Sales agent, or Field Sales Consultant, who will be responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them, and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quotas, positive customer relations, and increasing company revenue. This agent needs to be knowledgeable about products and create a rapport with clients quickly to build lasting relationships. Requirements
Sell and promote products to both existing and potential clients.
Perform needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients.
Establish and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
Assist with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets.
Cold calling potential clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with other departments .
Supply the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new
products, or services, and competitive activities.
Qualifications
BSc. in Marketing or related field.
2-3 years of sales experience.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
