Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month

Job Description
- Identify and engage prospective clients, primarily individuals and businesses to determine their needs and concerns and sell the company’s investment products.
- Leverage your network and previous banking experience to grow the company’s client base.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present and explain investment opportunities through available channels, such as phone, email, etc.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, referrals and client engagement.
- Follow up on referrals and qualifying leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, oversee all the aspects of the sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates, guidance, and support always.
- Foster trust and credibility by offering financial advice tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in direct sales or relationship management,
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented and self-driven.
