The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing strategies, has a data-driven approach, and is skilled in using various online marketing channels to drive engagement and conversions. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across different channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC. Responsibilities: · Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. · Build and manage Word Press websites. · Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement. · Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic. · Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences. · Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blog posts, articles, and other content that aligns with marketing goals and SEO strategies. · Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools. Person Specification: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other digital marketing qualification · 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results. · Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms. · Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). · Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or Active Campaign. · Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., Word Press). · Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. · Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas and solve problems.
