Job Summary:

This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, acquiring leads/customers, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- SEO and Content Optimization: Perform keyword research, optimize content, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, including creating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to feedback.
- Email Marketing: Design and send out regular email campaigns, segment audience lists, and analyze campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and make data-driven adjustments.
- PPC and SEM Management: Develop, run, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Website Management and Optimization: Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure optimized user experience and conversion on the website.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand competitor strategies, trends, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
- Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, SEO, and/or PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
