Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer satisfaction, who can communicate effectively and solve problems with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Attend to customers' orders
Handle order-related questions, delivery updates, and product information.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and patience.
Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work from Monday to Saturday.
