Customer Service Officer
LASH BY MARA seeks a Client Relations Officer/Customer Service Officer for its studio in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. She will manage customers, oversee daily business operations, and help implement marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Salary: 90, 000 Naira
Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦90,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Book and set up appointments and meetings on booking websites
- Attend to in-store customers courteously to understand their preferences and assign them to the appropriate stylist
- Handle service bookings appointments, enquiries, etc, over the phone, in-store, and on social media
- Drive sales and convert paying customers - monitor sales progress, close sales, upsell, and cross-sell
- Maintain active listening and effective communication with staff to ensure effective teamwork and positive work culture
- Manage inventory, stock, and cash flow including salaries and invoices
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive
- Develop periodic business and operational reports on sales, staff performance, inventory, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies and activities like content creation, offline marketing, etc.
- Must reside in/close to Lekki Phase 1
- Must be smart, good looking and organized
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency with office tools - Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Customer service
- Content creation and social media skills/knowledge
- Self-driven and problem-solver
- Previous experience with a beauty business
- 2-3 years of previous experience in sales or customer service
- HND or B.Sc. Degree
Salary: 90, 000 Naira
