LASH BY MARA seeks a Client Relations Officer/Customer Service Officer for its studio in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. She will manage customers, oversee daily business operations, and help implement marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities
Book and set up appointments and meetings on booking websites
Attend to in-store customers courteously to understand their preferences and assign them to the appropriate stylist
Handle service bookings appointments, enquiries, etc, over the phone, in-store, and on social media
Drive sales and convert paying customers - monitor sales progress, close sales, upsell, and cross-sell
Maintain active listening and effective communication with staff to ensure effective teamwork and positive work culture
Manage inventory, stock, and cash flow including salaries and invoices
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive
Develop periodic business and operational reports on sales, staff performance, inventory, etc.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies and activities like content creation, offline marketing, etc.
Job Requirements
Must reside in/close to Lekki Phase 1
Must be smart, good looking and organized
Great communication skills
Proficiency with office tools - Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Data entry and record-keeping
Customer service
Content creation and social media skills/knowledge
Self-driven and problem-solver
Previous experience with a beauty business
2-3 years of previous experience in sales or customer service
