Job Brief
- We are looking for an Customer service/ admin to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
- Maintain and update company databases
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- HND / B.Sc in any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role or administrative roles
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, Power Point)
- Basic Knowledge of accounting
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside close to the job location.
