Job Brief
We are looking for an Customer service/ admin to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Requirements and skills
HND / B.Sc in any related field
1-2 years of experience in similar role or administrative roles
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, Power Point)
Basic Knowledge of accounting
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must reside close to the job location.
