Job Description
As a Customer Care Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for Cab Vibe users, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring users receive quick and efficient assistance.
Your role will be essential in maintaining a positive experience for our customers, thereby contributing to our brand’s reputation and user retention.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional customer support to users.
Address user complaints and provide solutions efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Document and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Gather customer feedback and report trends to improve service quality.
Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred; additional qualifications are a plus.
1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
