JOB DESCRIPTION: Grammartorial Education is an international educational consultancy with global recognition and reputation. We are a firm advocate and believer in the British education system. Amongst other services, we tutor (up to GCSE/IGCSE levels, A-levels, etc.), conduct professional Health and Social Care training and provide support and advice to international students and parents/guardians who desire an international education for themselves or their children/wards. We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken core customer care assistant to join our team and answer questions and requests from our existing and potential clients. The responsibilities of the customer service consultant include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken with a professional character and strong clientele service and computer skills. S/he, on joining the Grammartorial team, will be passionate to help the company achieve her vision and mission. Objectives of this role · To become the clientele advocate and brand ambassador for Grammartorial Education · To build our clientele loyalty by showing empathy, transparency, integrity and consistency · Be able to deliver quick, effective solutions by being timely and helpful · Be able to improve clients’ satisfaction · Be able to identify changes and clients’ needs · Be able to meet target by maximising communicative skills to convince prospective clients to patronise our services. Responsibilities · Listening to client’s concerns and providing information, answers, or responses. · Providing payment information to clients, taking orders and processing payments’ receipts. · Obtaining and correctly recording client’s information. · Reviewing and making changes to client’s account(s), where and when necessary. · Handling client’s complaints and giving effective feedbacks. · Keeping records of client’s interactions. · Ensuring client’s satisfaction (or referring a dissatisfied client to the immediate line manager). · Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services to a prospective client(s). Required skills and qualifications · High school diploma, Secondary School ‘O’ levels Certificate, OND or equivalent (HND or Bachelor's degree in a related field may be advantageous). · Two to four years of experience as a customer care representative · Good data entry and typing skills. · Strong working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft office. · Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. . Marketing Skills · Good problem-solving skills. · A professional phone presence (especially use of social media) · Emotionally intelligent; Patience is a key trait! · Ability to communicate and collaborate with Grammartorial Education team members. Remunerations This is dependent on what the agreement is when shortlisted for interview. Time/Place of Work The Primary place of work is in Ajao estate, Isolo, Lagos.
