Set up workplace with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with quality requirements and procedure.
Keep a sterilized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
Keep records of inventory.
Assist on-the-job training for new employees.
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Receives food ingredients and supplies for daily operations.
Prepare and display a wide variety of food.
Completes productoon sheets and other record as required.
Assist in preparation of daily menu.
