- years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
