Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Chef to prepare both local and continental dishes for our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diverse cuisines, managing all kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and serve high-quality local and continental meals tailored to the CEO's preferences and dietary needs. 2. Create a variety of menus, blending local flavors with international cuisine for daily meals and special events. 3. Ensure food safety and maintain kitchen hygiene in line with industry regulations. 4. Source and order fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring cost-effective inventory management. 5. Maintain high standards of meal presentation and consistency. Qualifications: · Minimum of 3 years' experience as a chef, specializing in both local and continental cuisine. Preferably in a private or high-profile setting . · Proven ability to create diverse, flavorful menus. · Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. · Excellent time management and multitasking skills. · Creativity in meal preparation and presentation. · Discretion: High level of professionalism and discretion, with a commitment to confidentiality. · Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to live on the premises and travel with the CEO. · Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
