About the C# Backend Engineer Role
We are building a pipeline of experienced C# Backend Engineers for future opportunities within Flutterwave. As a C# Backend Engineer, you will work on developing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance backend services that power our cutting-edge payment systems. While this is not an immediate hire, we are actively seeking talented individuals to engage with for future roles.

About the C# Backend Engineer Role
We are building a pipeline of experienced C# Backend Engineers for future opportunities within Flutterwave. As a C# Backend Engineer, you will work on developing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance backend services that power our cutting-edge payment systems. While this is not an immediate hire, we are actively seeking talented individuals to engage with for future roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Effective utilization of C# to develop effective user interface on our product application
- Create innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the application more visually appealing and enhance usability
- Understanding Framework of C# and its accompanying stack
- Experience with building fully responsive web applications
- Working Knowledge with collaboration tools such as Git.
- Ensure personal information of customers, employees, and other individuals the company conducts business with is processed and protected in line with applicable data privacy policies, privacy laws, and global best practices.
- Ensure quick Updates on our product application to make them effective
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a C# Backend Engineer
- A good demonstration of object-oriented or functional analysis design skills.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and designing for performance.
- Coding creative, operational or frontend software that helps the designated product build.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in integrating with the backend systems and APIs
- Experience in creating functional and intuitive applications and features.
- Experience in contributing to engineering efforts from designing to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around developer and engineering productivity and velocity.
Nice to Have:
- Good research skills
- Good time commitment/management skills
- Attention to details
