We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: B2B Sales Manager
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve B2B sales targets for air conditioning products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of deals to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with developers, real estate companies, and facility managers to position air conditioning solutions in large projects.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and distributors.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage after-sales engagement and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Work with the technical team to ensure proper installations and maintenance support for business clients.
