24 Hubs Technology Limited is a leading provider of software development services, committed to delivering innovative solutions to businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Expert to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Lead Generation Expert to identify and generate new business leads in the international market, primarily in the USA and EU. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling meetings with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively hunt for qualified leads in the USA, EU, and other international markets, leveraging industry knowledge and research skills to identify potential clients.
  • Engage with potential leads through initial discussions to assess their needs and present our software development services, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring seamless handovers and effective communication.
  • Maintain an organized and updated lead tracking system, utilizing CRM tools and lead generation software to monitor progress and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the international market and our services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the software development or tech services industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the international market, particularly in the USA and EU, with knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition and build relationships with potential clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and strong time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software is a plus, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: NGN 100,000 - 200,000 per month
Commission: 5% on each closed deal, providing a direct link between performance and reward
