Area Sales Manager- Medical/Ethical Products (Port Harcourt)
JOB DESCRIPTION ; 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed regional sales targets. Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and potential clients. Drive service-based sales, focusing on solution-selling and value proposition communication. 2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize profit while meeting client needs. Address client concerns and provide solutions, enhancing the overall client experience. Team Leadership: 3. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve area sales goals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching. Market & Competitor Analysis: 4.Conduct regular market research to stay informed of competitor activities and service offerings. Develop insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive edge. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: 5.Track and analyze sales metrics, generating regular reports on performance and forecasts. Provide insights to senior management on market trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities. JOB REQUIREMENTS; The preferred candidateshould have at least 2 to 3 years working as an Assistant/Area manager in the sales of OTC/ETHICAL products. Very good knowledge of institutions and hospitals and distributor marketing & selling QUALIFICATION; Graduates in any science subject / HND/OND Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
