We are seeking to employ an admin officer who will be responsible for managing the office area and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations and transportation for business trips on behalf staff and company guests.
Assist with inventory management for office supplies.
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, and staff.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Conduct research and compile information as requested by the various heads.
Attend meetings with the various heads, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Manage expenses and carry out reconciliation duties.
Submit various remittances, letters and proposals to relevant parties.
Generate remita for various financial transactions.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Any other tasks assigned by the company or by its representatives.
Qualifications / Required Skill Set
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field preferred.
Experience: 5 Years and Above
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Google Apps).
Salary
N150,000 - N220,000 monthly.
