We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wuye, Abuja.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong multitasking skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
Maintain organized filing systems for records and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
Support various departments with administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
