We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Calculation of VAT, PAYE, WHT, Pension and other taxable according to Nigeria law.
Ensure the effectiveness of the Account payable process which includes checking of documents, cost, approvals and payments.
To liaise with customers, vendors, bankers, consultants, FIRS/LIRS or other government officials for data and other matters.
Provide necessary documentation and support during internal audits.
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile.
Responding to requests for information and resolving issues swiftly.
Answering client queries on invoicing and visiting clients when required.
Following up with payments and bill submission.
Manage invoices and ensure that payments are made according to the company policies.
Experience in data and vendor management.
