The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision while reporting to our remote Finance Manager.

Pay: ₦190,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team. This role will involve managing our bookkeeping, handling petty cash, and overseeing general accounting functions. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision while reporting to our remote Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular bookkeeping activities.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Handle day-to-day general accounting operations.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with the Finance Manager to provide regular updates and financial reports.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and accounting software, especially Zoho Books
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
