Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
Liaising with customers, carriers, and internal teams to meet service requirements
Overseeing the Health & Safety protocols and administration
Reporting on KPIs and warehouse performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity
Managing and training warehouse staff
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (3 years preferred)
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities
A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
