What we offer:
- Competitive yearly salary between $70,000 - $80,000
- Full-time position with opportunities for growth
- Supportive team environment
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Liaising with customers, carriers, and internal teams to meet service requirements
- Overseeing the Health & Safety protocols and administration
- Reporting on KPIs and warehouse performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity
- Managing and training warehouse staff
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (3 years preferred)
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
