Would you like to work with NZ's iconic and world-renowned Waitomo Glowworm Caves and help create UNFORGETTABLE holiday experiences for our customers? We are a classic New Zealand success story; an iconic tourism operation based at Waitomo. We are NZ's original tourist destination!
We are looking for Fixed-Term, Part-Time Waitomo Glowworm Cave Tour Guides. Your main responsibility will be to guide tour groups through the magnificent caves, providing excellent manaakitanga (hospitality) to our manuhiri (visitors). As a guide, you'll conduct entertaining and safe tours, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all.

Key Criteria for our winning candidate:
- Experience as a Cave Guide
- Experience in Customer Service
- Current driver's licence
- First Aid qualification (Level 1) an advantage
- Knowledge of Tikanga and Te Ao Māori an advantage
- Ability to engage and relate to visitors from diverse cultures
- Excellent personal presentation, professionalism, and interpretation skills
- Full of energy and a team player
- Tourism qualifications an advantage
- Available to work in a 7-day operation
- Proficient swimmer
- General level of overall fitness
