Ryman Healthcare are looking for a qualified exercise professional to deliver our Triple A group exercise classes once a week in William Sanders Retirement village in Devonport, Auckland from end of September 2024.
Class day: Tuesdays
Class times: 10am Circuit class and 11am functional fitness class
This is a contracting role with the opportunity for additional hours from time to time. The classes are a circuit class and a pre- choreographed seated format with some standing exercises.
Experience in older adult exercise is required.
