About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as Village Maintenance Support. This is a Part time position working Tuesday to Friday, 0800 - 1200.
This role will be great for someone who enjoys manual tasks around the village such as:

Helping new residents moving into the village, including moving of furniture and up to four hours of support setting up their new apartment
Collection, transportation and disposal of rubbish as scheduled
Help to ensure the village grounds and gardens are maintained to a high standard
Assisting with inwards goods, stock management and stores
Promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village

About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

Good fitness as heavy lifting is required
Ability to drive a trailer
Outstanding communication and empathy skills
A reliable, friendly and professional manner
A `can-do' attitude and the ability to multitask.
