What is the role?
As a Technician for our Timezone venue in Henderson, you will be an integral part of our team that keeps our venue in slick operational order & ensures our team and guests are safe.

Your role will involve:

• Ensuring the repair and maintenance of arcade machines, attractions, and games.
• Working closely with other technicians to troubleshoot effectively.
• Ensuring that the equipment is operational and abides by TEEG’s Safety Management System.
• Modelling the importance of the facilities operations.
• Communicating effectively with the venue teams to ensure effective facility operations.
• Oversee timely service and maintenance of all bowling machinery in venue, escalating where necessary.

This role will have a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week and will pay between $65000-$70,000 per annum.

In addition, you will:

• Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Technician
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Be technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks
• Possess experience in a trade (electronic circuits knowledge is desired but not essential) & have a savvy knack for all things techy/computer based
• Soldering skills (preferred but not mandatory)
• Natural ability in relationship building & communicating with both our guests and team on the floor
