We are looking to appoint two Team Leaders, each
working at a residential location, working 80 hours a fortnight.
You will be leading teams working in two different community
residential home with older adults who have intellectual disabilities.
Position
1:
Hours: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight)
Shift: 7.00 AM
to 3.30 PM, Monday to Friday
Status: Permanent, full-time

Salary: $30.17 per hour plus $6500
per annum

2:
Hours: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight)
Shift: 7.00
AM to 3.30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: $30.17 per hour plus $6500 per annum
Position 3:
Hours: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight)
Shift: 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM, Monday to Friday
Status: Permanent, full-time position
Location: Nelson Community
Salary: $30.17 per hour plus $6500 per annum
Position 4:
Hours: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight)
Shift: 7.00 AM to 3.30 PM, Monday to Friday
Status: Permanent, full-time position
Location: Nelson or Tasman Community
Salary: $30.17 per hour plus $9000 per annum (2 houses)

We are looking for inspiring
Team Leaders who loves to make connections across community groups and
activities. Someone who lives the Enabling Good Lives principles;
ensuring that people are supported to fully participate in community
life.
You will hold a minimum NZ
Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4), or an equivalent health or
disability related qualification as assessed by the Ministry of Health (see
link below). Experience working in the field of disability would be an
advantage.
