We need 2 crew members. Please note: you will be required to work in multiple locations including our restaurants in Nelson and Richmond, Tasman. Requirements:
Ideally, you need to have a minimum of 6 months experience in a restaurant environment, but this is not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, and service areas
Wash, disinfect, and polish dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Cook, toast, and heat food under the supervision of Line Chefs
Assemble and prepare food ingredients for cooking
Pack food and beverage trays for serving
Weigh, transfer, check, and store food ingredients
Restock kitchen supplies and maintain equipment as needed
Serve food to customers during busy periods
Handle payments and assist with front-of-house duties when needed
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations
Employment Details:
Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 45 hours.
Hourly remuneration ranges from $23.15 to $25, based on experience.
