Supermarket Duty Manager-Kerikeri
In the absence of Department Managers and other members of Store Management the Duty Manager's position is to ensure the store is running efficiently and offering a consistently fresh and appealing shopping experience for all our customers. The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that our store’s appearance, security, compliance, service levels, and productivity are maintained.
We are seeking an individual who will have a commitment to excellence, along with strong organizational and communications skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. Candidates for the position must be reliable, flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens, residents or hold a valid work visa.

- Current General Managers' Certificate
- Current Forklift license (F endorsement) desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Unit Standards 167 and 168 desirable
- Clean Driver's License
- Supervisory Store/Supermarket experience
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirement of the role
