Use your strategic thinking to ensure oversight and governance that promote market excellence.
Effectively drive scale and efficiency within the organisation
Identify gaps to pave the way for a roadmap that ensures consistent delivery
Influence and motivate to drive transformation
Strategic and operational plan development
Development of transformation roadmap and delivery.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and operational plans within complex environments.
Proven expertise in financial analytics and adeptly managing critical new business metric
Experience across Digital Transformation
Skilled in building strong strategic relationships with the power to inspire and influence others.
An ability to assess capabilities, identify gaps and experience uplifting capabilities for improved efficiencies and service outcomes
Location:
Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch – Our teams are distributed so travel will be required.
