Job description
We are seeking enthusiastic 2 Store-persons for WHITE CLOUD ENTERPRISE LIMITED at Masterton.
Responsibilities:
· Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them in finding products.
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
· Provide product information and make recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
· Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
· Maintain a well-organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
· Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
· Ensure that pricing and product labels are accurate and clearly visible.
· Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
· Perform regular store cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
· Work collaboratively with store management and team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
· Assist in training new team members on store operations, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
· Support team members during peak periods, including cash handling and maintaining checkout queues.
· Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
· Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for customers and team members.
· Report any safety hazards, incidents, or inventory discrepancies to the store manager.
Requirements:
· Level 2 or Level 3 in Store management, Supply Chain Operations, etc. OR
At least one year of relevant experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
· Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping periods.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
· Physical ability to lift and carry merchandise, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
