Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team The Crisis Resolution Service is a community based mental health service which provides acute assessment/ risk formulation and treatment working in partnership with people, whanau community supports. We are a frontline service and work closely with Emergency departments and Police, social services, GP - s and tertiary education providers. We assess people of all ages and refer on to secondary services or back to primary are. The team is Multi-Disciplinary comprising of Nurses, Doctors, social workers and administrators Moū - About you
You will be an integral part of MDT process
Train to become a duly Authorised officer for Mental Health Act 1992 within 6 months
Have a good sense of humour to work within a team
Skills & Experience -
Registered Social Worker with at least 3 years - experience working in a mental health setting.
Full Driver - s License essential
Skilled in risk assessments and risk formulations
