Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor's to join our Rotorua Gondola team!
As a Site Supervisor at Magic Memories, you will act as 2IC, assisting the Photography Site Manager to lead & motivate an EPIC team who captures fun interactive photos of guests at the attraction, publishes those photos and sell those photos to our guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $26.00 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- An outgoing, energetic work ethic.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience
- Strong sales experience - you can sell fresh water to a salt water crocodile.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy environment
- Experience in the retail and/or customer service industries
- Bucket loads of initiative and problem solving abilities
- A well-groomed appearance
- Full availability to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
- You must be able to legally work in New Zealand to be considered.
