Security Site Manager
Defence Line Security Limited is looking for a permanent, full- time Security Manager to Manage their Auckland based sites.
You will be given a company vehicle and will be required to monitor company sites during operational hours to ensure that work is being conducted in accordance with contractual agreements and to resolve any real time issues as may arise.
Your hours will be rostered on a 24/7 basis on the basis on the contracts in place.
You will require )ve years of minimum relevant experience that assists in the performance of the role and/or a relevant quali)cation (Bachelors and above)
The relevant duties, include:
- Attending client sites
- Managing security officers and any issues that they have in performance of their duties - --Liaising with the Director where breach of contract by other party
- Dealing with police and law enforcement where required
- Incident reporting
-Managing roster for security guards
- Disciplining security officers as required
Keeping a record of company assets (uniform, safety shoes)
The pay rate will be set at $30-$35 per hour based on the experience and/or exposure of the individual.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
