Accessible Properties is seeking a dedicated Service Response Coordinator to join our team in Tauranga. As the primary point of contact for our tenants, you will play a crucial role in managing maintenance requests, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive tenant relationships. Your responsibilities will include promptly logging and addressing maintenance requests, coordinating with internal departments for efficient resolution, and maintaining accurate documentation according to company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

3+ Years Administrative Experience: Solid foundation in managing documentation, databases, and tenant communication.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism in addressing inquiries and complaints.
Strong Communication Abilities: Clear and concise interaction with tenants and internal departments.
Computer Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills and experience with facilities management databases.
Resilience and Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
