Senior Syndicate Classroom Teacher
We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated classroom teacher to join the Senior Syndicate (Year 4-6) team in our Junior School. This is a full-time, permanent appointment to commence in Term 1, 21 January 2025. With a national and international reputation for excellence, Scots College is a world-class independent school with a strong Presbyterian Heritage. It is a fully co-education, IB World School in the eastern suburbs of Wellington, New Zealand, and comprises three schools in one: Junior (Years 1-6), Middle (Years 7-10), and Senior (Years 11-13). We provide our students with an excellent and holistic education within a vibrant learning environment with the aim of allowing them to contribute as global citizens who think creatively, reason critically, communicate effectively, and develop the necessary skills to learn. For life. Scots College offers dual pathway options for its senior students, delivering both NCEA and the IB Diploma, for which we are fully authorised. We are also fully authorised for the delivery of the Middle Years Programme and the Primary Years Programme. Experience teaching the Primary Years Programme would be advantageous, although training will be provided to the successful candidate. Applicants should have:
