The role of Senior Remuneration Partner will offer you significant variety in the course of your job.
Whether you’re

• Partnering with our People Team and people leaders to advise on job sizing and appropriate remuneration; or
• Conducting market research to inform remuneration recommendations for our annual performance and remuneration review; or
• Leading the review of our employee benefits to develop an New Zealand-leading benefits and reward package

this role presents the opportunity to bring your innovative and creative best and play a fundamental role in Vector’s ability to attract and retain talent.
Te hunga e kimihia ana e mātau | Who we are looking for

• Your key strength will be your outstanding analytical and numeracy skills, coupled with very strong Excel skills
• You’ll be adept at collating and analysing data to come up with recommendations that solve real challenges
• You’ll have existing human resources experience, with a solid understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice
• Job evaluation experience is essential; familiarity with EY Career Map is advantageous
• You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills – experience with board paper preparation is advantageous.
