Senior Property Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Coordinator to join our busy team and take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of a number of property and finance activities across our Workplace Services Team.
You'll be the go-to person for property queries and will ensure that there are clear frameworks, processes and procedures in place to support the delivery of our daily work and overall work programme. We have exciting challenges coming up as we establish a new operating model in Workplace Services, so no two days will be the same.
The Senior Property Coordinator role will focus on:
Administrative and operational support
Maintenance of electronic filing systems
Co-ordination of reporting and responses to information requests
Development and initiation of improvements to systems and processes
Developing and maintaining key relationships
We're seeking a Senior Co-ordinator with experience from a commercial property, asset or facilities management team background. You'll be intermediate to advanced in MS Excel and have knowledge of project/property financial management.
We're really keen to see your strong stakeholder focus and understand the importance of how workplaces can impact and make positive differences in a large and complex organisation. You will thrive on working at pace ensuring deliverables and milestones are met.
This is a Permanent full-time role, based at our National Office in Wellington's CBD.
