Your day-to-day:
Lead Instant Kiwi’s product strategy to support our iconic Instant Kiwi brand, ensuring New Zealanders love to play and win while returning 100% of profits to local communities and good causes. As the Senior Product Manager of Instant Games, you’ll drive Instant Kiwi’s growth with innovative game strategies and responsible gaming practices. Lead the charge in delivering the best instant games to market while collaborating with dynamic teams across marketing, retail and digital. You’ll dive into market analysis, manage long term strategy and game planning, and deliver an exciting and fun player experience.
Your team:
Become part of a passionate group dedicated to bringing joy to New Zealanders while supporting local communities. Reporting to the Head of Instant Category & Projects, you’ll be part of the Lotto NZ Marketing team. Our team works to bring Instant Kiwi games to life across retail and online, and to deliver our strategy. We’re an engaged and supportive bunch, who love to collaborate, and we work closely with other teams including brand, design, digital, retail, customer excellence, responsible gambling, and key external partners and suppliers.
A bit about you:
As an experienced senior product manager, you will be passionate about what you do and be proud of it. You will have:
- Proven skills in strategy development, planning, and execution of strategic plans.
- Strong experience in new product development.
- Experience in marketing products across digital and retail sales channels.
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills; the ability to rationalize data to inform future decisions.
- Strong ability to manage creative processes.
- Have an exceptional eye for detail.
- Success in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and with external suppliers.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
