The Opportunity

Team Operations: Lead the triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of network problems and incidents. - Ticket Management: Manage tickets, ensure operational duties are carried out efficiently, and oversee the ticket management process.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Networking: Design and implement network architectures and solutions.
- Escalation Point: Act as a point of escalation for others.
The Fit
In addition to well-honed leadership skills + a natural aptitude for problem-solving and collaboration, the ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Fortinet platforms, such as Forti Gate, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer.
