Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Opportunity
As a Senior HR Advisor you’ll hit the ground running, providing expert operational HR guidance and support to people leaders. You’ll work end to end on complex HR technical cases, including employee investigations, performance management and absences issues from coaching leaders on initial conversations through to dismissal.
You'll be experienced in providing support to leaders within business groups to help them achieve their goals and building people leadership capability. You'll be working at pace and juggling lots of things at once, with agility to turn your mind to big picture matters quickly and ensuring you complete HR processes.

To be successful in the role, you'll bring your curiosity and range of experience as an end-to-end generalist in supporting and leading HR issues, change initiatives and continuous improvement in HR policies and practices.
You will also be:

Confident in your decision making and the experience to know when you need to intervene.
An excellent relationship manager with experience working and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including unions.
Be able to demonstrate a high level of technical capability.
Comfortable working with high autonomy, ready to roll up your sleeves on anything that comes your way and deliver.
A strong team player who gets a kick out of seeing the customer succeed as a result of your interventions.
Resilient, agile and willing to quickly pick up new concepts.
