This is an excellent opportunity to join the close-knit New Zealand team as our new Senior Associate, Sales Account Administrator, working 24 hours per week, for a minimum of six (6) months.

About the role:

In this position, you'll utilise your previous account support or commercial finance experience to support the Sales Managers and Team across a number of administrative and account executive focused tasks. Such as:

• Process all NZ customer claims monthly – trading terms, rebates, scan deals and discounts
• Head Office and Store level pricing for our Foodstuffs business
• Daily management of price discrepancies – Analyse, resolve issues, update and communicate to stakeholders
• Preparation of sales reports
• Support Sales Managers to gather and analyse data, sharing your insights to the wider business

About You:

Perfect for an Account Executive, Key Account Manager or Commercial FPA seeking part time hours or as a way to return to the workforce. You’ll be welcomed into the team, where you can hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong skills and comfortability with Excel and reporting is required
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Bring a desire to deliver results
• Ability to work in the Auckland office three days per week
• Full NZ Working Rights – this role isn’t eligible for relocation support
• Up to date Covid-19 Vaccination
