This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $106,892 to $150,906 (including Kiwi Saver) ideally, we would look to appoint between $106,892 to $125,755 depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
In this role you will enable effective investment planning outcomes for our councils by providing internal business partnering support to the Investment Workflow. The workflow aims to enhance the practices which manage investment need identification, investigations and delivery impacts as critical internal inputs from across Wellington Water to the investment planning cycle.
You will get to:
Partner with SME workgroups to ensure engagement with investment workflow for raising investment needs
Enable good end-to-end information flows by linking initiatives currently being delivered back to their original investment plans
Analyse and refine the prioritisation methodology with input from across the organisation
Capture ideas for continuous improvement of the workflow
Partner with SME workgroups to ensure alignment of key information across both current future delivery plans.
Experience in working collaboratively in and across teams to deliver on agreed outcomes, ideally in a programme delivery setting
Experience linking benefits to investment
Excellent relationship management skills
Proven collaborator skills, be able to surface the most important issues, bring the right people together and facilitate robust decision-making
Local government and/or central government knowledge desirable.
