Here, you'll be part of creating wellbeing and prosperity for New Zealand.Te tūranga - The role The Senior Adviser Communications, Planning and Performance will support the mahi of the Communications & Stakeholder Engagement team through effective planning and strategy development. You will help us ensure the team is well-placed to meet our performance measures and identify opportunities to go above and beyond.You will support the team to effectively partner with RBNZ business units to deliver a range of communications and engagement products, providing sound advice and expertise. You'll also play a key role in keeping our senior leaders abreast of our forward planning and identifying opportunities for proactive engagement with key stakeholders.Ō pūkenga - About you To be successful in this role you'll have:
The ability to effectively work with and influence a range of teams and stakeholders
A strong understanding of communications and engagement planning needs of a high-profile organisation
Proven experience in developing and executing business-aligned communications strategies and plans
The ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations and to be effective when under pressure
