We have fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team working at the Security Service based at Middlemore Hospital. We currently full-time position available, working 40 hours per week across Monday to Sunday. This is 12 hours shift with varying rostered shifts.
Reporting to the Operations Manager Prevention and Deployment you will assist with the overall functioning of the Security Operations Centre.
In this role, you will be responsible for;
- The day to day operations of the Security Control Centre.
- The delivery of excellent service in a manner that upholds our core values and drives the Prevention Strategy of security services to keep staff, patients and visitors Safe.
- Provide an electronic surveillance monitoring, intelligence gathering and incident reporting capability to the organisation.
- Engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders internal and external in working towards equitable outcomes.
The Ideal candidate will have;
- Relevant security qualification and experience in similar role
- Experience in the security Industry or similar
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to maintain privacy and confidentiality, and display integrity and discretion at all times
- Have proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail skills
