A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Sales Support team.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Delivering epic experiences for our customers

Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders received from the Account Managers and our Customers.

Delivery Management Support, Purchase Order production and ordering of stock as and when required.
Ensuring customer interactions are positive and solution orientated to improve the overall customer experience.

In addition, you will bring:

Excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Administrative experience with strong attention to detail
Effective selling techniques to maximise sales
Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products within your assigned department and know their features and benefits.
Knowledge of relevant legislative governances i.e., Fair Trading Act, Consumers Guarantee Act etc., and act in accordance with them.
Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
IT competency.

This role is a full-time position, Monday – Friday and will be rostered between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm
