Restaurant Manager
Nolita is a buzzing little plant based pizzeria on Wellington's iconic Cuba St. We are looking for a manager to lead our small team.
The position will involve hiring, training and managing staff on shift, doing rosters, running services, organising bookings, completing nightly cash ups, ordering and stocktakes, weekly stats, and most importantly providing excellent customer service. This role involves a lot of liaising with the kitchen, and ensuring food is coming out to a consistent standard, and working closely with the senior chefs. We are also looking at adding weekly music nights, and focusing on more of bar service as the diners leave. The nights are never late, usually close up around 10pm at the latest.
Full training will be given and we offer a supportive work environment, with a great team, support from the owners, flexible working hours, incentive bonuses, staff meals and bar tabs, discount at our other Wellington venues, and regular staff get togethers and training sessions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
