Registered Electrical Inspector

We are currently seeking a Registered Electrical Inspector (preferably with WELNetwork Approval) to carry out electrical and metering work in the Waikato region. Including Category 1, 2 and 3 revenue metering work and EV charging installations. Full training will be provided as required. - A positive and constructive attitude.
- Skills in dealing with the public and able to comfortably handle difficult people.
- A demonstrated knowledge of workplace health & safety requirements.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy and accurate data entry skills.
- An excellent approach to following health and safety guidelines.
- Experience with handheld data recording devices.
- Energy Industry experience.
- Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Email, Excel, Word & Teams (preferable).
- The ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing random Drug and Alcohol testing,
- The drive to deliver quality, solution focused customer service,
- A strong work ethic,
- A passion for safety,
- A full and valid New Zealand driver licence
