With our opening date set for November 2024, we are seeking a qualified butcher to join the team! You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.
Shifts: Tues-Sat (6:00am – 2:30pm)

With our opening date set for November 2024, we are seeking a qualified butcher to join the team! You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.
Shifts: Tues-Sat (6:00am – 2:30pm)
The Role:
- Breaking, boning, slicing and cutting all carcasses and meat in preparation for sale.
- Assisting in the daily operations and general needs of the Butchery Department.
- Ensuring only quality product is presented for sale.
- Assist with production planning and prioritizing of work to ensure we meet the demands of our Butchery Department.
- Happy to help and advise customers with any queries they may have, ensuring excellent customer service standards are delivered at all times.
- Understanding and complying with all compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety and Food Safety.
- Working effectively in a team, ensuring working areas are well organized and managed.
- Knowledge and passion about the butchery trade and the production of the finest quality meat products.
- Relevant butchery qualification or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to contribute ideas and participate in the overall success of the Butchery Department.
- Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic.
