Inspect equipment cleanliness and operational readiness of the premises before production to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Assess the quality of raw materials and accurately weigh ingredients.
Perform tasks such as kneading, fermenting, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough.
Clean and sanitize cooking equipment after use.
Work closely with managers, kitchen, and service staff on food preparation tasks, including dough-making, marination, and more.
Skilled in hand-pulled noodle techniques.
Enforce and communicate hygiene and safety regulations.
Oversee freezing and food preservation processes as needed.
Carry out additional duties as assigned.
About you:
At least three years of relevant experience or
Relevant NZQF level 4 qualification
Physically fit with a clear criminal record
