We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills and a keen attention to detail to fulfill online customer orders. The ideal candidates will need to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and effectively manage their time. In addition to providing excellent customer service, they will be responsible for quick and accurate shopping for the customers.
The Role

Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Team Work
Dealing with customer enquiries, including phone and email
Loading and unloading orders - Heavy lifting
Using a computer and/or tablet
Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help the overall quality of the online shopping experience

Position: Our online positions require early start times, with the latest start time being 7:00 a.m. and the earliest being 5 a.m. We are presently looking for one full-time employee to work Tuesday through Saturday.
